By making a contribution to the Jasmit Singh Phulka City Council Campaign, you confirm that:

• You are an eligible individual under Elections BC rules (a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and a resident of British Columbia).

• This contribution is made using your own funds and is not being reimbursed by any other person or organization.

• You understand that organizations and corporations are not permitted to make political contributions.

All contributions are subject to applicable provincial election laws and reporting requirements.
